We kindly ask that upon BOARDING with Multi-Pet, the follow is a must.
- All vaccinations, including kennel cough are updated.
- Proof of vaccinations upon boarding. If proof is misplaced, either provide the proper veterinarian contact information so Multi-Pet can call to confirm vaccinations are updated. If non of this is provided, Multi-Pet has the right to refuse service, even at the last minute.
- All pets must be pet friendly, example - dogs with other dogs, cats, birds, etc. If the pet has a tendancy to nip at other pets, a proper fitting muzzle is required upon boarding.
- Pet must be people, children friendly. This is manditory, so no exceptions allowed.
- The pet must be house broken. Or training pads must be provided as we do not mind helping you train your pup/dog
- When setting a pick up time, pick up must be on time. $20/hour is charged for being late
- We all know your pup may have accidents while boarding with us, but after many attemps to fix the situation, if excessive damage is done to our home, a charge will be put to your account and this must be paid before picking up your pup.
The following is manditory for GROOMING with Multi-Pet Services.
- All vaccinations are up to date, plus proof of vaccinations.
- If not all vaccinations are not up to date, a proper fitting muzzle is manditory. Even if you have the nicest pet, you never know what can happen.
- Pet must be people, children friendly.
- When setting a pick up time, pick up must be on time. An additional $20/hour is charged for being late.
